Refund Policy

Cancellation or refund policy is approved on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of the management.

If the student wants to cancel any Offline/Online course after registration and payment of fees, an administration fee of Rs.1500 & GST 18% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Course cancellation must be requested at least ten (10) working days before the course commencement date. Same shall be applicable for students who have paid the entire course fee. If a student discontinues in the middle of the course, then no refund will be provided.

Student shall not be eligible for any refund if he/she has made a request for course cancellation less than ten (10) working days before the course commencement date.

If Aspira cancels an event/Course, 100% refund will be paid to the student within ten (10) days from the date of announcement of cancellation.

Aspira Innovative learning reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, cyclones, earthquakes, epidemic or pandemic breakout, etc.,) or any other unfortunate situation, through written communication.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, it might take ten (10) to fourteen (14) working days for the credit to appear in the student’s account. While Aspira regrets any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and Aspira has no control over that. If the mode of refund is by UPI or by any other online transaction like IMPS it will take 24 hrs to reflect into the student’s account.
